Terms & Conditions

A holding fee of £50.00 for each booking of a week or less (non - refundable & non - transferable) is payable at the time of booking. If you require a longer stay than a week a holding fee of £50 per week (or part week) will be required, the same rule applies with the refundable damage bond, i.e. a booking of 2 weeks will require a holding fee of £100.00 and a refundable damage bond of £100.00.
Balance to be paid in full at least 42 days prior to arrival (cheques 49 days) or the booking will be deemed as cancelled with loss of holding fee occurring, the date will then be re-advertised, sorry STRICTLY no exceptions.
Please note we do not send out reminders it is your responsibility to pay your balance 6 weeks before your stay.

Your balance payment will include a £50.00 bond (per week) which will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your booking provided there is no damage or breakages and none of our terms and conditions have been broken.

You must provide your own towels, tea towels, dish clothes.

There is strictly a maximum of 6 people (including infants) allowed in the caravan. All people occupying our caravan must be named on our booking form. (www.jay19bookingform.co.uk)

There is only one car allowed to be parked by the caravan in the designated tarmac car parking space, all other cars must be parked in one of the car parks. (*Strictly NO cars are to be parked on the grass area)

There is STRICTLY NO SMOKING or E cigarettes allowed in the caravan OR decking area.

Due to insurance restrictions, anyone that has been convicted of, or have any prosecution pending for a criminal offence is not allowed to occupy our caravan.

No pets allowed.

You must notify us of all damage or breakages when they occur.

We the owners reserve the right to cancel any booking and give a full refund where unforeseen circumstances occur. In these cases we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.

In extreme circumstances we reserve the right to terminate a break if guests break the terms and conditions or misuse the caravan in any way. We will give a pro rata refund, less any costs for damage caused.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

If, in the unlikely event there is a problem with the caravan, we will try to rectify the fault in the first instance. A refund will only be given if the problem cannot be solved in a reasonable time (48hrs) and has a fundamental effect on your stay. If you decide to stay in the caravan when there is a reported problem, no refund or part refund will be given.
A refund will not be given if a problem is as a result of things beyond our control, such as loss of water/electricity, TV reception due to transmitter failure, loss of mobile phone signal, problems with other holiday makers or problems with the site.
We do have a pet of our own who occasionally stays in the caravan, so please do not book if you have any allergies.

REFUNDS

Refunds (not including the non-refundable holding fee) of any monies paid prior to your stay, will be considered in the event of an emergency where you are unable to keep your holiday dates. If the cancellation is LESS than 42 days prior to your expected arrival, no refunds will be made.

Bookings - Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday. Short stay booking are either Fri to Mon or Mon to Fri. Other days may be negotiated in some circumstances.

N.B We DO NOT take bookings for under 25 year olds under any circumstances

Check in - 3pm onwards. (Earlier check in may be possible in off peak season, please check nearer to your reserved dates).

RUBBISH

Please note all rubbish must be removed from the bins in the caravan at the end of the hire period and all bins replenished with new rubbish bags. A £10.00 charge will be made from your bond if the bins are not emptied and rubbish is left in the caravan.
Please place rubbish bags in the wheelie bins around the site, under no circumstances should bags of rubbish be left outside the caravan.

LOST KEYS

In the event of guests losing the keys to the caravan, a charge of £50.00 for replacement lock and keys will be made. This will be deducted from your £50.00 bond.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BUT CAN BE PURCHASED FROM RECEPTION.
